My name is Pablo and I started PabloHoney Bikes in 2011.

I’ve been riding, racing and working on bikes for more than 30 years. Bikes are a passion for me and I started the shop because I wanted to share that passion. I’ve experienced varying levels of service at shops over the years.

My goal is to give the absolute best bike service possible. When you call you are talking to me, the owner. You can call or text me 7 days a week. I’m so confident in my service that I offer an unheard of, limited LIFETIME WARRANTY (see below) on all wheels and bikes, even USED bikes!

When you buy one of our products, we stand behind you all the way. You’ll never feel like we just wanted to sell you something. Service after the sale is my highest priority!

PabloHoney Bikes is a proud sponsor of the Utah High School Cycling league which is part of NICA. You’ll see us volunteering at various high school races providing Neutral support for racers. We also sponsor several high school teams directly.

Hand built wheels and bikes: We warranty all of our hand built wheels and dream build bikes for life to the original purchaser. If any component of the wheel or bike fails, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion with parts of equal value. A small processing fee not to exceed $30 may apply if failed part is warrantied by manufacturer in order to cover stocking and shipping costs.

Certified Used bikes: We offer the same warranty. The only exception is in the case that the part that failed cannot be repaired or replaced due to availability. In this case we will replace the part with something similar at our discretion.

Crash replacement and acts of god: We understand that bad things happen and we’ve got your back. Any part that is damaged in a crash or accident of any kind will be replaced at wholesale dealer cost. Labor charges will be kept to a minimum on a case by case basis. We will not attempt to profit from your bad luck.

PabloHoney will be the final arbiter to determine the component of damage and how warranty is applied.
