We stand behind the quality of our work and products.

Limited Lifetime Warranty (New Custom Builds)

All hand-built wheels and custom-built bicycles sold by PabloHoney Bikes include a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers:

Failure or breakage of component parts due to manufacturer defects
Issues arising from defects in workmanship during assembly
At our discretion, defective components will be:

Repaired, or
Replaced with the same or comparable components of similar value

Limited Lifetime Warranty (Used Bikes)

All used bicycles sold by PabloHoney Bikes include a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers:

Failure of components due to defects identified during normal use
Covered components will be:

Repaired, or
Replaced with components of similar value and function

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, bearings, and consumables)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Damage resulting from crashes, impacts, or accidents
Modifications or alterations after purchase
Environmental or external events (“acts of God”), including but not limited to weather, fire, flooding, or theft

Crash Replacement & Support

While crash damage and misuse are not covered under warranty, we aim to support our customers.

We may offer discounted repair or replacement options (“crash replacement”) at our discretion.

Warranty Administration

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
Proof of purchase may be required
All warranty evaluations and determinations are made solely at the discretion of PabloHoney Bikes
The shop reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty and the appropriate remedy

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused products under the following conditions:

Item must be returned within [X] days of purchase
Item must be in unused, original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Custom-built items (including wheels and bikes) are non-refundable once completed and delivered.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
Shipping or service charges (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law

Repairs & Warranty Claims

Warranty service will be provided in accordance with the Warranty Policy above
Repairs or replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period

Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Inherent Risk of Cycling

Cycling is an inherently dangerous activity.
Riders may be seriously injured or killed.

By purchasing or using products from PabloHoney Bikes, you acknowledge and accept that:

Bicycles and related equipment carry inherent risks
Safe operation depends on proper use, maintenance, skill, and conditions beyond our control

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

Riding a bicycle
Use of any products sold or serviced by us
Road, trail, weather, and traffic conditions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PabloHoney Bikes, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, death, loss, or damages arising from:

Use or misuse of any product
Failure to properly maintain equipment
Accidents, collisions, or environmental conditions
Our liability, if any, is limited to:

Repair or replacement of defective products as described in this policy
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Personal injury
Property damage
Loss of use
Lost income

Final Authority

All determinations regarding warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and policy interpretation are made at the sole discretion of PabloHoney Bikes
